Assurance
The largest service in our practice is auditing, in accordance with Norwegian auditing standards, which are fully compliant with EU legislation and IFAC standards. A variety of other services, such as limited reviews and independent declarations to authorities are also undertaken. A significant portion of our work is with international companies.

Taxation services
We perform all necessary tax services for clients. Our assurance partners and staff have a high level of competence in this area; indeed, in Norway, the auditor signs the clients' tax declaration. In addition we have a law firm with specialist tax lawyers, to further strengthen our skills and capacity within complex tax services, including cross-border tax, ex-patriate services, restructuring and strategic tax planning. 

Advisory services
We provide services to national and international clients, including several of Norway’s largest listed companies. Our corporate services are transaction support, including due diligence, as well as valuations. Our business risk experts provide internal control, internal audit, IT-audit and corporate governance services. Our accounting advisory services include IFRS-services and accounting services to US, UK and other foreign parent companies. Another area of expertise is fraud and investigations , for private companies and the public sector.
